When a customer's home or business is damaged, they already have a lot on their mind. We at SERVPRO of Allen like to take as much off their plate as possible. That is why we offer full service remediation and reconstruction.

Lightning struck an apartment complex and caused the roof to catch fire, causing considerable damage to this unit.

SERVPRO of Allen was able to clean the tenants' property, pack it up, and move it to a new residence within the complex. In addition, we were able to thoroughly clean the damaged structure, as well as perform the reconstruction. New flooring, countertops, a fresh coat of paint, and the cleaning of the HVAC later, and it was "Like it never even happened." The previous tenants were happy, the apartment complex were happy, and we were happy to help.
