Water Heater Incident

A water heater in this home failed, causing water to leak, and the floors to be covered in two inches of water. Understandably, the home owner was quite distressed, and initially overwhelmed. However, when SERVPRO of Allen responded quickly and arrived on site, we were able to extract the water to prevent any further damage, and reassure the homeowner by explaining the process of getting her home back to how it was pre-damage.
